• This reservation is not transferable.
• Guest House Standard Check-in time is 10.00 hours IST and check-out time is 09.30 hours.
• Early check-in and late check-out are available on subject to availability & are chargeable as per the Hotel policy.
• It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. Such documents can be an Aadhaar Card, Driver’s License, Voter ID card or Indian / International Passport. Foreign Nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa. Hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in in the absence of a valid identification document.
• Payment can be made using the Debit Card, Credit card, QR Code Based Payment App, Payment gateway link, Deposit in the bank account or by Demand draft before the due date.
• Cancellation made atleast 48hours prior to the arrival date. In case the booking amount is paid advance, the refund will be processed within next 15 working days.
• All the assets and valuables of the Guest House should be duly maintained adequately and should not be damaged or destroyed. The Guest House has the discretion to levy any charges in future if it is proven beyond doubt that such damage/destruction to the asset of the Hotel (both movable and immovable) have been done or caused by the Guest.
• No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed in the room. The Guest House Authority reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.
• University reserves the right to relax any terms as stated hereinabove any time & reserves the right to cancel any booking without giving any reason whatsoever.
• All standard policies pertaining to hotel/ hospitality industry are applicable, when specific reservation policy is not mentioned in the “Reservation Confirmation” document.
