Cancellation Charges and refund policy:
A. On or before 24 hrs: 25% of the booking amount shall be deducted
Within 24 hrs: 50% of the booking amount shall be deducted
No cancellation of boarding as well as refund shall be entertained after
check in.
B. The responsibility of proper handling of movable or immovable
properties at the Guest House shall be vested upon the boarder(s).
C. No gathering/party / consumption of alcohol/cooking in the room
shall be entertained.
D. The University Halls shall only be booked with the permission of the
Registrar.
E. The University has the right to cancel the booking in case of any
unavoidable circumstances and/or evict any additional occupancy in
the room.
